Context
Importer and exporter identities, import and export licences and shipping licences for Iraq, handled as separate steps of paperwork, review, fees and printing.
What we built
The whole platform, live at ecor.iq: an Arabic-first web application for applicants, twelve role-specific staff dashboards, a .NET back end with multi-stage approvals, payment-gateway integration, QR-verifiable licences and audit trails, and an AI assistant as a separate service.

In production, serving applicants and government staff in Arabic and English.
