HuloolX IT is a technology company that builds and improves the software an organisation runs on: AI solutions, web platforms, mobile applications, and the technical consulting that decides what to build.

How we work

One team, end to end

We work end to end: from the first conversation about what a system needs to do, through architecture, design and development, to deployment and whatever support is agreed in the project scope. Engagements range from a single platform build to an ongoing technical partnership.

Every engagement starts with the business rather than the technology: which systems and data are already in place, who depends on them, and what has to change. The architecture and the plan follow from that, with the decisions that drive cost made early and in the open.

    In practice: We design for the growth you can foresee and keep the path to more open, rather than building for a scale the business may never need.

    Plain progress updates, visible trade-offs, and early warning when something changes.

    In practice: You hear about a risk when we see it, not at the end of a milestone, and every trade-off is written down with the alternatives we considered.

    Practical AI

    AI where it removes real work. If a rule or a query does the job better, we say so.

    In practice: Automation starts from the task, not the technology, and anything a model is unsure of goes to a person.

    Long-term maintainability

    Readable code, documented decisions, and a codebase another team could pick up.

    In practice: The work is yours: source, infrastructure and documentation are handed over as part of the project scope, so you are never locked in to us.

Founders

The people accountable

HuloolX IT is led by its two co-founders, both software engineers. They scope the work, build it with the team and remain accountable for it through delivery.

They work with current, widely adopted stacks — the ones behind the delivered platform on this site: Next.js, TypeScript, .NET and SQL Server — and keep up with what is new in them.

What does HuloolX IT do?
HuloolX IT designs, builds and runs software for businesses. The work falls into four practices: AI solutions, web platforms, mobile applications and technology consulting. Most projects combine more than one; the Services page says what each one includes.
How does a project run?
In seven steps across three stages: Discover and Define; Design, Develop and Integrate; Deploy and Improve. Each step has a named output, listed with the full process on the Services page.
Do you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. Integration is one of the seven steps: identity, payments, ERP, CRM, data warehouses and third-party APIs. Where a system already works, it can stay the system of record, with the new software built around it.
Are the projects on this site real client work?
One is: the import and export licensing platform of the Iraqi General Company for Fairs and Commercial Services, live at ecor.iq, which HuloolX IT built end to end. The other three profiles on the Solutions page are concepts with sample data, and each is labelled as one.
Do you use AI in every project?
Only where it removes real work. If a rule or a query does the job better, we say so, and anything a model is unsure of goes to a person for review.
Who will we deal with?
The two co-founders scope the work and remain accountable for it through delivery. Replies to a brief come from the people who would do the work.
